Having met you in person in our gallery or at an art fair.
Your contact information was written in our guestbook/you gave us your contact card.
We received a request from you to be added to our mailing list by email/phone/ through our website form.
You are a colleague, client, artist or supplier that we have professional dealings with.
When purchasing something from us: information in relation to your purchase and contact details for shipping such as your phone number and address, and a record of your interest and/or purchase of works by particular artists.
We will only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We will not keep more information than necessary for those purposes.
Your data is treated with care and used for invitation mailings and email newsletters to provide information and keep you informed about our exhibitions, events, art works and artists that we think you may find interesting, and to communicate with you.
